We invite you to apply online to learn whether you meet the minimum qualifications for an apartment at Parkchester.  You will be directed to a secure website where your confidential information will be fully protected.  You will be asked for information on your housing and employment history and for your consent to credit and background screening.  After you have completed the application, you will be asked to authorize a payment of $25 to be charged to your credit or debit card. You may complete all the information on the application before you agree to the charge for the credit screening.

Before you start, here are the minimum requirements to qualify for one of our rental apartments:

• One year of continuous employment or household earnings at qualifying income for household members whose income is to be considered.
• Rent for the desired apartment size cannot exceed 32% of combined household income
• Good credit
