Things to know before you schedule your appointment…
The apartments in Parkchester have recently had new windows, plumbing and wiring installed, but the apartments still retain the classic details of the original design such as parquet floors, windowed kitchens and baths and pre-war grace and charm. These are called Traditional Apartments. Our minimum income requirement for a one-bedroom Traditional Apartment is $37,875. The rents for these one-bedroom apartments start as low as $1,010 per month. All applicants must have good credit, and good rent payment history.
In addition, applicants must have continuous employment for the past year or must provide one full year’s rent in advance or provide a qualified guarantor (someone who can ‘guarantee’ on behalf of the renter by co-signing the lease agreement).
A qualified guarantor’s annual income must be two times the minimum income requirement for the apartment you’re interested in leasing. For example, a guarantor for a one-bedroom apartment must have income of at least $75,750. A guarantor must also have good credit, good rent payment history and continuous employment.
