Parkchester is a completely self-contained community within the city. With  171 buildings located on 129 landscaped acres, Parkchester is an oasis in the Bronx, that is quiet, safe and a welcome respite from the noises of the City. Preservation Management

Parkchester Preservation Management is the exclusive on site rental agent of all sponsor-owned Parkchester apartments. The management office is conveniently located within the complex at 2000 East Tremont Avenue. Our team at this location provides management services solely for these apartments. PPM guarantees that you will be  treated fairly with respect and courtesy. Before move-in every apartment will be freshly painted, spotlessly clean and with all equipment in mint condition. All applications are processed promptly and because there is monthly turnover of apartments, a broad range of units within your price range and bedroom size preference are available. No Brokers Fee
